Parish Council

A Parish Council is elected to assist the Parish Priest in the running of Holy Cross Parish. Under the Parish Priest the Council, which is an advisory body, works to

•  support and promote life in the parish
  
•  give voice to the opinions of the members of the parish
  
•  give recommendations and opinions in important matters to other organs and councils of the Diocese of Helsinki .
  

Please feel free to approach the members of the Parish Council after Mass and mention matters you feel need to be addressed at a Parish Council meeting. You can also address the Council in writing.

Information meetings can be arranged to discuss important matters.

The parish magazine Ristin valossa /In the Light of the Cross provides information about current affairs of the Parish.
