Rakkaat seurakuntalaiset!
Kirkon remontti, käyttövesijohtojen uusiminen, on käynnistynyt toden teolla viime toukokuusta lähtien. Sen aikataulu on päivitetty kesäkuussa. Tästä poiketen työmaa on seis viikot 34–36 kesäloman takia. Työt jatkuvat 11.9.2023. Kellarikerroksessa seurakuntasali on valmis. Seurakuntasalin viereiset vessat ovat wc-istuimien vaihtamista vaille valmiit. Eteisestä tuodaan nousu vuokra-asuntoon. Autotallin väliaikaiset putket puretaan ja uudet putket kytketään saneerauksen lopussa. Ensimmäisestä kerroksesta vielä tekemättä nousu vuokralaisen asuntoon ja nousu pesulaan. Remontti on toistaiseksi sujunut suunnitelman mukaan. Sen pitäisi olla valmis tänä vuonna tai ensi vuoden alussa.
Remontin hanketyöryhmässä on talousneuvoston jäsenet, muita seurakunnan edustajia sekä asiantuntijajäseniä. Arvio kustannuksista on 150–200.000 €, mutta Bonifatiuswerk on myöntänyt hankkeelle merkittävän tuen, joten kustannukset laskevat 70 %, pappilan osalta 80 %. Seurakunnalla on remontin omavastuu noin 50.000 €. Sen keräämiseksi on remonttia varten perustettu oma tili, jolla on asianmukainen rahankeräyslupa. Tähän asti avustuksia on sujuvasti tullut seurakunnalle. Taulukossa näkyy remonttitilin saldon kehitys.

The Situation of the Church Renovation (updated 02.09.2023)
Dear parishioners,
the renovation of the church, the renewal of the water pipes, has really been starting since last May. Its schedule has been updated in June. In contrast to this, the construction site is closed for 34–36 weeks due to the summer vacation. The work will continue on 11 September 2023. The parish hall on the basement floor is ready. The toilets next to the parish hall are ready except for changing the toilet seats. From the hall there is a rise to the rental apartment. The temporary pipes in the garage will be dismantled and new pipes will be connected at the end of the renovation. From the first floor, the ascent to the tenant's apartment and the ascent to the laundry room have yet to be made. So far, the renovation has gone according to plan. It should be ready this year or early next year.
The renovation working committee consists of Finance Council members, other parishioners, and some experts. The costs are estimated to be between 150 000 euros and 200 000 euros, but Bonifatiuswerk has granted significant financial assistance to our parish, so the renovation of the rectory will be subsidized by 80 % and of the other parts by 70 %. The parish has a deductible of about 50,000€ for the renovation. In order to collect it, a separate bank account has been set up for the renovation, which has an appropriate money collection permit. Until now, grants have flowed smoothly to the parish. The table shows the balance of the renovation account. The red line shows the target.
We are very grateful to Bonifatiuswerk for the great support given to us for this project which is among the largest in the history of our parish.
